Our aim during your stay with us is to give you a taste of good homemade regional cooking.
To start your day breakfast is based on:
- bread & preserves
- cereals
- fruit
- yougurt
- fruit juice
- eggs and fresh croissants
- Plus tea, good italian coffee and hot chocolate .
Our evening meal is 3 courses, offering a choice of soups, salads, pastas and main courses.
All homemade using fresh seasonal ingredients.
To accompany your meal we offer the choice of red (barbera or dolcetto) or white (arneis) wines.
Sourced by us from the "Langhe" in Piemonte.
To add some variety to your menù we offer
a traditional Italian Pizza evening and another evening dedicated to a tradtional mountain speciality "pierrade".
A grill is placed at the centre of your table, for you to grill a choice of meats accompanied by creamy Dauphinnnoise potatoes.
To close a good evening by the fire our homemade desserts are always welcome, if not some local cheese and chutney.
All of our menùs include vegetarian options, we are happy to cater for special diet.
Children friendly portions and options are always available, as are early meal times.
If you are to stay with us during the festive season, Christmas Supper is on the evening of the 25th with all the trimmings.
New Years Eve is a traditional Italian multi course menù finished off with "Panetone" and fireworks on the pistes at midnight.
